Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
While the pasta cooks, prepare the chicken. Season it with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Bread the chicken by dipping it in olive oil and coating it with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to cool slightly before slicing.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and place the sliced chicken on top.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
