  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rinse pumpkin seeds under cold water to remove any pulp.
  3. Dry the seeds with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  4. Toss the seeds in olive oil, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
