Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Using a cookie scoop, divide the dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter; roll each ball in crushed cornflakes.
Place the cornflake-coated dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
