Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice, heavy cream, and sour cream.
  3. Add shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
