  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • Oil for frying vegetable or canola

Method
 

  1. Prepare the spinach dip filling.
  2. Chill the filling mixture.
  3. Prepare the breading station.
  4. Stuff the mozzarella sticks.
  5. Coat the stuffed mozzarella sticks.
  6. Heat the oil.
  7. Fry the mozzarella sticks.
  8. Drain and cool.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
