Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
