In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
