Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sriracha sauce until well blended.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped green onions to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you.
  • Place about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  • Fold the corners over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
  • Seal the edge of the wrapper with a little water.
  • Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to about 350°F (175°C).
  • Carefully add the egg rolls to the hot oil, a few at a time.
  • Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove the egg rolls and drain on paper towels.
