In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sriracha sauce until well blended.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped green onions to the cream cheese mixture.
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the wrapper.
Fold the corners over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
Seal the edge of the wrapper with a little water.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to about 350°F (175°C).
Carefully add the egg rolls to the hot oil, a few at a time.
Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove the egg rolls and drain on paper towels.
