Method
- Prepare the filling by combining marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into circles.
- Scoop the filling onto the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the bombs until golden brown on each side.
- Remove the bombs and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
