Chocolate and marshmallow cocooned in crispy, golden dough create irresistible Fried S'mores Bombs, ideal for parties or satisfying sweet cravings.
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 tube of refrigerated biscuit dough
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Prepare the filling by combining marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into circles.
Scoop the filling onto the center of each dough circle.
Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the bombs until golden brown on each side.
Remove the bombs and drain on paper towels.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
