Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and pinch of salt, mixing until combined.
  • Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  • Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
