  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • Oil for frying
