- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups diced vegetables bell peppers, onions, spinach
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Swiss
- 1 loaf of sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl.
Add the diced vegetables and half of the shredded cheese.
Pour the egg mixture into a greased baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes.
While the egg dish bakes, prepare the French toast.
Cook the soaked French toast in a skillet over medium heat.
