Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl.
- Add the diced vegetables and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- While the egg dish bakes, prepare the French toast.
- Cook the soaked French toast in a skillet over medium heat.
- Serve the baked egg dish and French toast warm with maple syrup.
