Flavorful Bang Bang Fried Rice for Any Occasion

Packed with bold flavors and a delightful crunch, Bang Bang Fried Rice is the perfect dish for vibrant gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Bang Bang sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping and measuring all components before cooking.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the diced shrimp to the pan, cooking until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the diced red bell pepper and shredded carrots, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cold cooked rice, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
  7. Pour in the soy sauce and Bang Bang sauce, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, adjusting flavors as necessary, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  9. Stir in the chopped green onions just before serving.
  10. Serve the Bang Bang Fried Rice hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
