- 4 fillets of white fish such as cod or tilapia
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil.
Place the fish fillets in the prepared dish.
Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, and paprika.
Add lemon slices on top of the fish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
