Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place the fish fillets in the prepared dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, and paprika.
- Add lemon slices on top of the fish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
