Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
Roll the triangles from the wide end to the point, sealing the filling inside.
Place the rolled pillows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Let them cool slightly before serving.
