  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Prepare the cheesecake filling.
  5. Create the raspberry swirl.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
