Indulgent Cheesy Ham and Egg Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the diced ham and half of the shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and level the surface.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
