Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
Gently fold in the diced ham and half of the shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and level the surface.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
