Indulgent Cheesy Ham and Egg Breakfast Bake

Warm, fluffy eggs mingle with savory ham and gooey cheese, creating a delightful dish that's ideal for brunch or a cozy breakfast any day.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the diced ham and half of the shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and level the surface.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
