Irresistibly Sweet and Spicy Sticky Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, making sure they are fully coated, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Transfer the marinated chicken to a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
