Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped mushrooms, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into mini meatloaves, about 2 inches wide and 4 inches long, placing them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush additional BBQ sauce on top of each mini meatloaf for added flavor.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
