Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced cremini or button mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken breasts.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  • Sear the chicken.
  • Remove chicken and add mushrooms.
  • Deglaze the pan with Marsala wine.
