  • 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin steak

  • 1 cup diced bell peppers red & green
  • 4 cups frozen potato tots
  • 2 cups provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the sliced sirloin steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and beef broth, simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  • Top the beef mixture with frozen potato tots, arranging them in a single layer.
