  • 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin steak
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers red & green
  • 4 cups frozen potato tots
  • 2 cups provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced sirloin steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and beef broth, simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  6. Top the beef mixture with frozen potato tots, arranging them in a single layer.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese generously over the potato tots.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tots are golden brown.
