  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños seeds removed and diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the jalapeño popper filling by mixing the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
