Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. flat rice noodles
  • 8 oz. sirloin steak
  • 8 oz. shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, broccoli, snow peas
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 1 green onion sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Marinate the steak in cornstarch, soy sauce, and a bit of vegetable oil.
  3. Heat a wok or a large pan over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  4. Add the marinated steak to the pan and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  7. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, followed by soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
