Sear the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes on the other side.
While the chicken cooks, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
Top the seared chicken with the bruschetta mixture and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
