Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup refrigerated biscuit dough

  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, and ranch seasoning.
  • Open the tube of biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces.
  • Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a round disc.
  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough disc.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
