Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface.
Separate the dough into triangles as indicated on the package.
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture on the widest end of each triangle.
Roll the triangles from the wide end to the point, tucking in the sides as you go if necessary.
Arrange the rolled crescents on a greased baking sheet.
