Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Spoon about a tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wider end of each crescent triangle.
Roll the crescent dough around the filling, starting from the wide end.
Place the filled crescent bites on a greased baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the crescent bites with beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
