Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup lump crab meat drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Spoon about a tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wider end of each crescent triangle.
  • Roll the crescent dough around the filling, starting from the wide end.
  • Place the filled crescent bites on a greased baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops of the crescent bites with beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
