In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface.
Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Moisten the edges of the wrappers with water and fold them over to form a triangle, pressing to seal well.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat until hot.
Carefully place the sealed wontons in the hot oil, a few at a time.
Remove the fried Crab Rangoon Bombs and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
