  • 1 medium green cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush each cabbage steak generously with the oil and spice mixture.
  5. Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast the cabbage in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
