Savory Garlic Butter Meatballs with Parmesan Pasta

Succulent garlic butter meatballs paired with creamy Parmesan pasta create a delightful dish, perfect for family dinners and cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces pasta like spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and then add the baked meatballs.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the meatballs and butter.
  • If the pasta seems dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese before serving.
