Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and then add the baked meatballs.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the meatballs and butter.
If the pasta seems dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time.
Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese before serving.
