Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Add the eggs to the mixture and mix until just combined.
Add the chopped parsley and mix again.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or form it into a loaf shape on a lined baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
