Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 8 oz sliced ham
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 cup spinach roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  • Layer the ham, cheese, and spinach over the dough.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  • Seal the edges and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
