Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 4 large paratha or tortillas
  • 1/2 cup onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup yogurt or raita
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Oil for cooking
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Prep the Ingredients
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook until heated through.
  2. Warm the parathas or tortillas in another pan.
  3. Place a portion of the chicken mixture on each paratha, top with cilantro and a dollop of yogurt.
  4. Roll the paratha tightly to enclose the filling.
  5. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F or microwave until warmed through.
