Prep the Ingredients
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened.
Assembling the Wraps
- Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook until heated through.
- Warm the parathas or tortillas in another pan.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture on each paratha, top with cilantro and a dollop of yogurt.
- Roll the paratha tightly to enclose the filling.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F or microwave until warmed through.
