Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup Philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese optional, for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, softened Philadelphia cream cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
  • Spread additional Philadelphia cream cheese or cheddar cheese on top if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
