Savory Sheet Pan Pierogies with Kielbasa Delight

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb frozen pierogies
  • 1 lb kielbasa sliced
  • 2 cups bell peppers sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, bell peppers, and onion.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
  4. Toss until everything is well coated, then spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  5. Place the frozen pierogies atop the kielbasa and veggies on the sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
