Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Combine the rinsed rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 18-20 minutes until the water is absorbed.
While the rice is cooking, prepare the salmon. Place it in a bowl and flake it with a fork.
Mix the flaked salmon with mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until well combined.
Spread the cooked rice evenly in a greased or lined baking dish.
Layer the salmon mixture over the rice evenly.
Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Cut into squares and serve with nori strips and soy sauce on the side.
