Prepare the pineapple by peeling, coring, and cutting into rings or chunks.
In a bowl, combine the pineapple pieces with brown sugar, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of salt.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
