Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or blue cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce, mixing well to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface, and spread a layer of ranch dressing over each one.
  • Evenly distribute the Buffalo chicken mixture over the tortillas, stopping about an inch from the edges.
  • Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, and cheese.
  • Carefully fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing in half. Serve with extra ranch dressing on the side.
