Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
Add grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce thickens.
