Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves (minced)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 lemon (cut into wedges)
For the Vegetables (Optional):
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 zucchini (sliced)
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Prepare the Vegetables (Optional):
3. In a separate bowl, toss cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Assemble and Bake:
4. Spread shrimp and vegetables evenly on the sheet pan.
5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
7. Broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden, crispy finish.
Serve:
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
9. Pair with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
